@HMRCcustomers I got through eventually. Absolutely ridiculous the amount I have to pay due to a fault by HMRC meaning my kids now have to go without some basics and the fact I have to pay interest to pay by installments. I'd be better off not working!

@HMRCcustomers do you have any idea of the impact your poor service has on an individuals mental health? I'm at a loss. 45 mins on hold and I had to end to take a call from my daughters school. Now I can't get through and there are no online advisors 🤷‍♀️
