After routine loads for months, a high-level figure who never deals directly with drivers like him, ordered him to divert the entire load of completed ballots to Lancaster, Pennsylvania without offloading a single pallet. No paperwork. No ticket proving arrival. No late slip for the wasted hours. All in secrecy. Morgan drove to Lancaster, dropped the trailer at the Pennsylvania USPS depot, parked the cab, and went home. The next day, the trailer was GONE!
