What an incredible day out on the water with Blue Horizons CIC! 🌊⚓ The people we support and our colleagues had the joy of exploring the stunning Caldy Island by boat and even spotted some wildlife! Huge thanks to the amazing team who made this trip possible.

We recently supported Alun to attend the Eisteddfod in Swansea - and he wowed everyone by speaking Welsh, a language he's been mastering himself. At Cartrefi, we're all about empowering passions and celebrating heritage. Da iawn, Alun! 🏞️🎶

Just like that, #WalkThisMay has come to and end... #TeamCartrefi's total distance is 3,648.95 km! A massive well done everyone! 🏆 Our winner is Kerriann Evans who has travelled a total 634.89 km. 🥈Second place goes to Jean George who walked 477.11 km. Congratulations!

#EverydayRemarkable in action! Last Sunday, Matthew, a person we support, achieved something amazing and ran the Swansea 5k! 🏃 Matthew has been training with his support workers and did an amazing job on the race day, cheered on by his top supporters. Well done Matthew! 🏆

This week Owain, a person we support, got the opportunity to meet the Wales women's football team. ⚽ Owain had a brilliant time meeting some of his favourite players, getting their signatures and watching them train! A big thank you to everyone involved! @fawales

#WalkThisMay Week 3: 🚶#TeamCartrefi has walked a total of 2,675 km this month. 👏Well done, everyone! 🏅Congrats to Kerriann Evans, our top walker with 162.78 km, and Jean George in 2nd place! ⏳One week left - let's make those miles count for the final leader board!

Wrapping up week two of #WalkThisMay, we are making the most of the beautiful scenery we have on our doorstep in Wales! 🌄 So far this month #TeamCartrefi has walked an impressive 1762.5 km, that's equivalent to walking from Cardiff to Barcelona! Great job, everyone!👏

It's the end of week 1 of #WalkThisMay at Cartrefi and so far we have collectively walked 937 km to promote healthy living and wellbeing! 👏 A big congratulations to Kerriann Evans who is top of this week’s leader board, having walked 161.14 km! 🏅
