@CartridgeSave Since using your replacement cartridges, the print quality of my Canon has markedly declined. I have carried out all of the remedial procedures recommended in the Canon manual, but to no avail.

@CartridgeSave Rob Wisdom Had one of their cyan laser toners and its causing big issues in my very new HP printer (cyan is double strength on all prints) Been two days of emails and no replacement or refund yet. Poor service.

@CartridgeSave Why have you stopped Freepost recycling old cartridges. Really useful service and a differentiator. Can’t help feeling this is a poor business decision

I had a problem with my printer yesterday. After a lot of faffing about trying several suggested fixes, it was clear I needed a new printhead,expensive. Much shopping around, @CartridgeSave was cheapest by miles. Ordered and arrived first thing today, no delivery charge 1/2

@WillyRoberts Good Morning! Can I just check the small plastic ball protecting the nib has been removed? Sometimes this is missed and the video isn't that clear to us here to be able to tell. Thanks! Nichola
