Been struggling to keep on top of my behavioural change the last few days due to study and mid-sem exams. But trying to bring it back on track with some semi-intense skipping today #mark320
@_emmacummings_ I keep something related to the behaviour around me at all times or in a place where I’d do the competing behaviour. Something physical in your case a book, I’d keep it where I’d charge my phone or put my phone before going to bed
I'll be honest here guys and gals. I've had a bit of a rough time since my last check-in... 😔 This meant that when I tried to read, I couldn't last more than 5mins before my mind wandered...

Soooooo, week 2 of #MARK320 behaviour change
Still struggling to meet the full hour of reading.
BUT! I have been reducing the amount of time I spend on my phone/social media/technology! Small wins make big wins 😊
When commencing behavioural change it's always good to have someone to help initiate it. Today that was Archie and fellow classmate @_emmacummings_ helping me out of the house to achieve my daily exercise. #mark320
This physical wellbeing activity promotes positive change through the modification of a current behaviour, aiming to positively improve attitude and social exertion.
For my attempt at behavioural change for #MARK320 I’ll be attempting to break the COVID attitude by adding exercise to my daily routine, or lack thereof… Primarily through running but a mix of other activities in an attempt to improve overall wellbeing and productivity.
