About a month apart from these videos 92-94 in the first 2 88-91 in the second 2 If you’re looking for the deep dive on all the mechanical changes we made you’re in the wrong spot. Outside of 1-2 conversations on how the throw looks and what the plan is, we didn’t mention mechanics or trying to “fix” his throw. Although going full word salad is the popular thing to do, saying specific mechanical changes led to this specific outcome completely discredits how complex skill acquisition is. Stacking days and having an actual plan will always be king. Made 94 a goal for @giese_charlie this Summer and first live abs Charlie sat 92-94 with a low 80s sweeper. Proud of the work Charlie has put in, excited to see it pay off this Spring 🤝
