Varicella-Zoster Virus (VZV)
🤹Why VZV? (Attractive, High-yield Explanation)
🌀The rash shows classic “dew-drop on a rose petal” vesicles in multiple stages (macules, papules, vesicles, crusts) scattered over the trunk — this pattern is pathognomonic for Chickenpox.
🤹Hallmark Features:-
•🌀Polymorphic rash → all stages at the same time
•🌀Truncal predominance
•🌀 Vesicles on erythematous base
•🌀 Highly pruritic
•🌀Caused only by VZV
🤹Why other options are wrong?
•🪬Strep/Staph → cause impetigo/cellulitis, not generalized vesicles.
•🪬Candida → localized in folds, not widespread.
🌀The image is a classic board-style Chickenpox rash.

Touch the nose with the tongue 😛 1. Name the clinical sign. 2. List the abnormalities associated with it.
