@Casper what's the warranty claim.process? Noticing some indents and sagging on tge side of our mattress, purchased in 2021. We have it on the casper frame. Love the mattress hate the sagging type issues.

It’s November 19th and I still dislike my @Casper mattress. It’s funny when a big consumer brand has a presence on X and they don’t actively post, promote the brand, or blunt negative comments like this one.

@Casper my Glow base station stopped working and both sales and support are like 👉👈👆👇 How can I get a replacement base station? I don’t mind paying for it but it sucks to have a broken and unrepairable piece of Casper equipment.
