This man does house inspections. But, he is not an inspector for the Builders, he is an inspector that the homebuyer hires to be thorough to document damages and deficiencies. He provides the buyer with a detailed report, photographs, and then the buyer forwards it to the builder to have them make the corrections. Check out this house. 🤯 These houses are in Florida. They are probably priced between $400K-$500k and you know they’re going to advertise them as luxury, brand new homes. What a waste of resources and materials. Crazy how terrible new home construction quality is in this country. It’s worth the money to hire a quality inspector of your own before you purchase a house. Have you ever had any nightmare stories when buying a new home? Something you didn’t catch before you bought it?

An American citizen went up against Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) on the issue of illegal immigration and completely wiped the floor with him. She called him out to his face for obsessing about Epstein when illegals have caused exponentially more harm to children and the American people in general. Khanna gaslit and said of the Democrats, “We have been for a secure border.” She shot back quickly, “No one in California can say they’re for a secure border.” Khanna then brought up the collateral damage of ICE raids in Minneapolis. She rightly retorted, “Two people.” Meanwhile Democrats defend millions of illegals. Khanna tried to pivot to the issue of sex trafficking by rich people but then got silenced because he’s ignoring the sex trafficking by illegals. This woman was just getting started too. She rightly said that illegals feel like they’re above the law because “they get right back out of jail when you guys let them out… they are above the law. They are at a tier that gets to walk free whenever they want.” Khanna claimed that “if you commit a violent crime then you should face deportation.” She strongly responded, “But you guys don’t do it!” Khanna then tried to demonize ICE. She responded, “I feel comfortable with ICE around. I’m not a criminal illegal immigrant so I feel very comfortable. I’m not terrorized by them and I’m from New York.” Khanna then tried to make a case for illegals who’ve opened a restaurant in the U.S. Again, this woman crushed his argument: “Why? Why are they allowed to do that? Why are they taking that place away from someone else?” Khanna then said if the illegal operating the restaurant has been here for 10 years then they should be allowed to stay. Her response to this was perhaps her best of the conversation: “If you’re going to go after someone that was on Epstein’s island 10 years ago then you should go after people that came here illegally 10 years ago.” YES! Khanna then promoted a path to legalization for illegals and the woman got booted because the crowd wanted to talk about Epstein. This woman won the debate and the leftists just didn’t want to hear it. We need people like her in Congress who refuse to be gaslit by Democrats promoting their nonsensical pandering to illegals. this is exactly why NJ and other blue states won't give up their voter rolls (with the SS# and DL#'s that the DOJ requires). the state of NJ admits in its RNC lawsuit response from last summer that they have no systemic way to checking for dead people, people who move out of state, people who commit crimes or non-citizens. IF NJ DOESN'T PROVIDE ITS VOTER ROLLS TO THE DOJ THEN THEY SHOULDN'T BE PERMITTED TO USE THEM IN THE JUNE AND NOVEMBER ELECTIONS.

@Casper324B @WomanDefiner In my county they did lower the assessed value as the market kept sliding down so my tax bill did decrease. Most counties allow you to contest their assessment and present your case for what you think the fair value is. You'll need receipts though. A realtor may be able to help.

I really do worry about the future of America more than anything else. I don't like hearing young people in my family and my kids saying they don't think they will ever own homes. It honestly disgusts me we've let it get so bad kids are saying that.

Just being out in public can be extremely radicalising. I took my son to our local play park. This is what I observed: - A Muslim man with his 4 wives/relatives. They had 3 children. 2 of which were teenage girls who appeared to be disabled with special needs, probably inbred. - A Turkish man with his son. - An Indonesian looking family. Dad with 3 elderly relatives & 1 young child. - A Chinese looking woman with 3 kids. None of them speaking English. Majority of them were dependents. There was ONE other White person in the whole park. A White middle aged care worker. AND, guess what; the 2 people he was looking after were disabled Arab looking young adults. It was like being in a multicultural hellscape apocalypse. I live in a rural area in the South of England. The level of forced demographic change that has happened here has been utterly insane.
