AI competitiveness won't be determined by models alone. It will be determined by infrastructure, compute and the ability to put AI into production. Speaking at the @googlecloud Summit South Africa, our Chairman, Strive Masiyiwa, reflected on how each wave of digital transformation has been built on the one before it; from fibre networks to data centres, and now AI infrastructure.
