Protestors (some from anti mask campaign) have repeatedly shouted “justice for Aaron Brady” at Caroline Donohoe, the widow of Det Garda Adrian Donohoe, as she was leaving court after seeing Brady jailed for 40 years. Caroline Donohoe came out the front door; ignored the shouts.

The Führer is now on a daily experimental drug cocktail, including opiates, methamphetamine, tranquilisers & hormones. Hitler's personal physician, Dr. Theodor Morell, gives him dozens of pills & injections every day.

Eldest is in work today, in a bar restaurant; customer comes in, is asked by manager to wear a mask; refuses so is asked to leave; so she throws the head, SPITS AT HIM and then boxes him. Gardaí called, van takes her away. Scenes.

irishtimes.com/life-and-style… Paid a visit to the IMWA last Thursday. Had been there about four years ago but it's incredible how it has grown in the meantime and how impressive it is. That it is one guy's passion makes it all the more admirable.

I have a rheumatology joke but it’s quite inflammatory.

We had been looking to China for a route out of lockdown, but Beijing has had an outbreak and some restrictions have been reimposed, as Peter Goff tells us. #soundcloud soundcloud.com/irishtimes-cor…

Yeah but what does the Programme for Government say about rats big enough for saddles. Commitments needed in writing, the silence on this policy is deafening

@dearbhlala Even looking makes my tootsies hurt. But in my case it would be 95kg channeled into 6mm surface area. Don't think I'd carry it off, anyway! Saw the Bolshoi doing Nutcracker years ago. Could hear all that energy transmitted through the tips of their toes as they danced!

One immediate thing publishing can to do, is remove college degrees as a prerequisite on many job opportunities. There is nothing in my job that I do, that requires a college degree. I don’t have one and I have never felt held back, and that’s white privilege for sure.

As a kid tried tennis in Herbert Park with the bro. Never got past that bit where you serve the ball to go over the net and land in the little square behind. If there had been no nets would have brilliant at it. A talent lost to the game. irishtimes.com/sport/coping-w…

This came up in my WhatsApp feed lately. Thought it was pretty good. Didn't realise it was Helen who made it - she' s gone all creative in lockdown - and didn't recognise my own gaff and car in the background. Nor my own bins. Welcome to my world.
