Harry is the reason the media can no longer pin every crime on Igbo people. Before his emergence which is actually reactionary, over 90% of crimes that were reported were pinned on Ndi Igbo. One would have thought Igbos were ritualistic until he did an exposé on ritual killings in Nigeria. Do we talk about drugs, fraud and other evil vices? No one has the monopoly of madness. Harry is the monster some of you created. Unfortunately, you can’t tame him anymore. Lest I forget, till date, he doesn’t fabricate stories to push agenda. Every information he puts out is always true and can be verified. Also, rarely does he come for anyone unprovoked.

Grateful to God and my family. Truly a special moment being sworn in as an Attorney in Florida and subsequently as an Assistant States Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit. Dual licensed in Nigeria and Florida, and proud of the journey.

This guy was the most dangerous out of all of them. He pointed a gun at me and kept threatening me like my life meant nothing. He’s the same one that hit me with the gun, shocked my body, beat me, and even slapped me from behind when I didn’t see it coming. Out of everyone there, he was the most aggressive. The most dangerous. He needs to be stopped!!! He is evil!!! @PoliceNG @PoliceNG_CRU

I really hope this video goes viral and the Nigeria Police Force sees this and does something about it. This happened in Abulado, Lagos. Me and my guy @ehispascal were on a bike when four officers stopped us. We came down peacefully, no issues at all. One officer was talking to me, another to my guy. Everything was calm. They were asking questions and we answered calmly because we had nothing to hide. They asked me to open my phone, and I didn’t hesitate because I didn’t want any problem. Suddenly, out of nowhere, one man came from behind and slapped me. Even the officer checking my phone was shocked and asked what just happened. At that moment, I didn’t even know he was a police officer because he wasn’t in uniform. Out of anger, I reacted and slapped him back and even tried to confront him. That’s when the others held me and told me he was an officer. That’s when I realized everything was already planned. Next thing, all of them started beating us. It was bad. My guy’s face even got swollen. They then threatened to take us to the station. I told them no problem, let’s go, but the officer who slapped me must come along too. I told them when we get to the station, they would know who my father is. They kept asking for his name, but I refused and said they would find out at the station. That’s when they got scared. Instead of taking us to the station, they drove us to a bridge, dropped us there, and told us to go.

Gilbert Chagoury is Abacha's best friend, Atiku Bagudu is Abacha’s bag man, Both Gilbert Chagoury and Atiku Baguda were used by Abacha to move looted funds abroad. Today, Gilbert Chagoury has received the second highest honour (GCON) and he’s handling over 40% of the entire Government contracts in Nigeria. Atiku Bagudu is Tinubu’s current minister of Budget planning. Tinubu and NADECO were frauds. They used Ibadan media propaganda to lie to Nigerians that they were democrats and they hate corruption.

The current President of Nigeria once walked into a US federal legal process and handed over $460,000. Not voluntarily. A federal judge ordered it. The FBI, DEA and IRS were running a joint investigation into one of the most active white heroin trafficking operations in Chicago. Two Nigerian men were at the center of it. One was arrested mid-transaction, selling white heroin directly to an undercover federal agent. When investigators pulled the financial records apart, the money trail moved in a direction nobody was talking about publicly. It led to bank accounts that had no business being connected to a drug ring. An IRS special agent filed a sworn affidavit in federal court. The statement was clear and the funds sitting in those accounts were proceeds of drug trafficking. The FBI and DEA confirmed the investigation. A federal judge reviewed the evidence and ordered the forfeiture. The account holder never went to trial. Never faced a criminal charge. Never stood in a courtroom as a defendant. He simply settled. Surrendered the $460,000. And walked away clean on paper. He came back to Nigeria. Won the governorship of Lagos State. Then won again. Spent the next two decades as the most powerful unelected force in Nigerian politics. Presidents needed his support to win. Governors did not move without his approval. He decided elections from his living room. Then he ran for president himself. And won. The moment he took office, an American citizen filed a Freedom of Information lawsuit demanding the FBI and DEA release every file they were holding on the case. Every document. Every record. Unredacted. Both agencies refused. They would not even confirm the files existed. Hmmmm. A federal judge reviewed that refusal in 2025 and ruled it was "neither logical nor plausible." She ordered the full files released. Nigeria's presidency issued one public statement in response. "There is nothing new to be revealed." The files are still being processed. The documents are all public record. I have dropped every link to the original court files in the comments. Read them yourself. 💀🇳🇬🇺🇸

REPLY TO WINIFRED OGBUJA Hello @Winifunds, It is offensive that you had the audacity to go on the record to trivialize your role in the exploitation of the late Ochanya Ogbanje. Ochanya’s family is particularly offended by paragraphs 4 and 5 of your statement where you stated as follows: “For clarity, in 2013, I was a student in boarding school in SS2 and had only just gone on vacation after my mock examinations. At the time, I was about 12 years old and was not present at the location where these events are being alleged to have occurred. This has been established in the course of legal processes.” “I did not witness any act of abuse as has been suggested in some narratives, and this position has also been reflected in the legal proceedings connected to this matter.” For the sake of unsuspecting members of public, the following facts are worthy of note: 1. Assuming without conceding that you were “about 12 years old” as at 2013, you became 17 years of age as at 2018 when your father, Andrew Ogbuja, and your mother Felicia Ogbuja were arrested by the Police and NAPTIP respectively. 2. No one asked you to give evidence while you were 12, as at the time of investigation, you were about 17 years old (again, going by your own assertion). 3. Winifred, claimed that she was about 12 years old in 2013. But, her younger brother, Victor Ogbuja, was about 20 years old and in his final year at the University of Agriculture in Makurdi as at 2018. 4. Victor was eventually expelled from the University following a report made against him to the University by NAPTIP. 5. You stated boldly that you didn’t witness any act of abuse and that this fact “has been reflected in the legal proceedings connected to this matter.” 6. Apart from the fact that a witness testified under oath at the Federal High Court in Makurdi that Winifred knew about the sexual exploitation of the late Ochanya, it is important to inform Nigerians that the mother of Winifred appealed against her conviction and lost. 7. In fact, the Court of Appeal made a very direct finding that Winifred knew about the sexual exploitation of Ochanya. The Court of Appeal in dismissing the appeal of Felicia, held thus at page 19 of the judgement: “The harm suffered includes not only the illnesses she suffered but also the abuse itself which affect her well-being, the conduct of the Appellant is highly condemnable to have allow such heinous crime to take place under her watch even when her own daughter brought to her attention the sexual exploitation of Ochanya she did nothing to protect the innocent girl who is now late as a result of the harm done to her. The Appellant I hold does not deserved any sympathetic consideration of this Court. 8. The Court of Appeal also found that your mother, your father and other members of your family made efforts to compromise justice. The Court found as follows at page 20: “In fact the Appellant, her husband and some of their family members made efforts towards that direction as they bought drinks and kolanuts to beg PW1, the father of late Ochanya that the matter be resolved within the family. See page 166 of the record.” 9. By law, a child who has not attained the age of 14 years is a competent witness in a judicial proceedings and can give unsworn evidence - “if in opinion of the court, he is possessed of sufficient intelligence to justify the reception of his evidence and understands the duty of speaking the truth”. However, “a child who has attained the age of 14 shall give sworn evidence in all cases”. See Section 209 of the Evidence Act, 2011. 10. At the commencement of the trial of your parents in 2019, you were no longer a child. 11. By the way, the exploitation lasted beyond year 2013 mentioned by Winifred. 12. The concurrent findings of the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal established that you had direct knowledge of the sexual exploitation of Ochanya. Evidence is attached. Stop dancing on the grave of Ochanya.

I have taken time to reflect before speaking on the ongoing conversations linking my name to the Ochanya matter. I strongly condemn all forms of sexual abuse and gender-based violence. No individual, especially a child, should ever be subjected to such harm, and I stand firmly for accountability, truth, and justice in all such cases. I have seen many things being said about me online, some of which are not accurate or do not fully reflect what actually happened at the time. I understand the emotions surrounding this matter, but I also believe it is important that narratives are not built on assumptions or incomplete information. For clarity, in 2013, I was a student in boarding school in SS2 and had only just gone on vacation after my mock examinations. At the time, I was about 12 years old and was not present at the location where these events are being alleged to have occurred. This has been established in the course of legal processes. I did not witness any act of abuse as has been suggested in some narratives, and this position has also been reflected in the legal proceedings connected to this matter. At the time of these events, I was not in a position of authority or control over the situation. Where I had concerns, I did not ignore them, but the way events unfolded afterward was not within my control. All relevant information and documentation supporting my position exist within the appropriate legal channels and can be made available where properly required by lawful authorities. I recognise that people are asking questions, and I understand why. However, I respectfully ask that conclusions are not drawn without a full and fair understanding of the facts. This experience has taken a significant toll on my mental and overall well-being, and I have had to seek medical and professional support during this period. I remain firm in my truth. I would never witness anything of this nature and remain silent. I understand deeply the importance of speaking up for what is right. This is a sensitive matter that has already gone through legal processes, and I will not be making statements that could misrepresent that process or reopen wounds for those directly affected. I ask for fairness, restraint, and compassion in how this conversation continues. Thank you.

The first thing that stands out in your statement is the language you chose. You referred to the brutal rape and death of your own cousin as “the Ochanya matter.” Let’s be very clear: this was not a “matter.” It was the rape, torture, and death of a child. Reducing something that horrific to administrative language like it’s a dispute file or a political issue is deeply disturbing. Ochanya was a human being, a child whose life was destroyed in the most unimaginable way. The least she deserves is for her story to be spoken about with the gravity and humanity it demands. Your entire statement reads less like a search for truth and more like a carefully crafted attempt to protect your image. Much of it centers on how the conversations have affected you, your name, your reputation, your mental health, while the actual victim is mentioned only in passing. People are not asking questions because they enjoy dragging anyone online. They are asking questions because a child was abused repeatedly and died, and the circumstances surrounding it shocked the entire country. When something that horrific happens, people expect transparency, empathy, and moral clarity, not carefully worded distancing language. No one is above scrutiny when a crime of this magnitude happens within their immediate environment. That is not cruelty. That is society demanding accountability for a child who no longer has a voice. If you truly stand for truth and justice, then the conversation should not be about how unfair it is that your name is being mentioned. It should be about Ochanya, her suffering, the system that failed her, and the full truth about what happened. Because the real tragedy here is not the discomfort of public questioning. The real tragedy is that a child was raped, brutalized, and died, and even now, some people seem more concerned about reputations than about the life that was lost.

The recent news from Maiduguri, Borno State, is profoundly upsetting. I mourn those who lost their lives, sympathise with the injured and stand in solidarity with the people of Borno during this challenging time. I want to make it categorically clear that these acts of terror are the final desperate and frantic attempts by criminals and terrorist elements trying to instil and spread fear, as they are under constant pressure from our brave armed forces and security agencies operating in various theatres. We will continue to intensify our efforts against all criminal elements, wherever they may be. I must commend the courage and fighting spirit of our patriotic troops who successfully repelled the coordinated attacks by these terrorists on military positions in the state. The Monday attacks were desperate acts of the evil-minded terrorist groups. Our gallant military and civilian task forces will curtail and put them down. Just last weekend, during a security meeting with leaders of security and intelligence agencies, I approved additional equipment and operational support to enhance their capabilities. This effort is already in progress. Additionally, I have directed security chiefs to move to Maiduguri to take charge of the situation. I have also directed the emergency agencies to provide proper care for the injured. There is no place in Nigeria where terrorists will find safety. We will locate them, confront them, and completely defeat them. Nigeria will not succumb to fear. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President & Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria
