Lessons I learnt this past week: Not everyone pronounces Bolognaise the same way. I always thought it was BologNASE, but it seems BologNEES is also a thing, especially across the pond. How do you pronounce it (and which side of the Atlantic are you based)? @GunsNerdsSteel
