@LawDogStrikes It's one hundred percent the name rights. The original has a huge cult following worldwide, and is a copyrighted work of fiction, so there'd be no getting around that if you wanted to do something in that vein.

@CastTheRunes Why would you even need the rights with the exception of using the name itself? You could just package up horrible incidents caught on video.
