@CastanellaX @Weschalo @ShitpostGate just a dumb filter kinda like a whitelist, it reads through and copies down any letter that isnt in my whitelist (which is the english alphabet)

@zphunai @Weschalo @ShitpostGate How does your reader work; does it take into account different character encodings? You would need to use different logic depending on how the source you’re reading is encoded.

@totmacherx @nuttylmao So, if you’re playing music or talking to your friends or something, and you don’t want an exclusive-mode application to interrupt that: - uncheck the second box, - open the music/chat app FIRST - open the exclusive-mode app (it won’t be allowed to get exclusive-mode).

@totmacherx @nuttylmao Update: Unticking the second-box might be reasonable. I **think** it means that if you are using an application that uses shared-mode (like discord, I presume), and then open an app that wants exclusive-mode, it will not allow that app to use exclusive mode… (1/2)

If your mic has been sounding ultra terrible lately, it might not be you — Windows recently enabled audio enhancements on all my microphones. You might want to turn this off. My last 7 YouTube videos were ruined because Microsoft decided to turn this on without telling me. Thanks @Videophile for the assist.
