if you’re going through it rn and feel like you have no hope, that there’s no turning around THERE IS & i’m saying that from personal experience there are incredible communities of people doing the same, people who have felt the pain you feel now, people that have turned it around seek help if you need to, you will find it and yourself - this is what helped me: start with sobriety + proper sleep, diet, exercise, get on a routine, set a baseline for what normal feels like find your higher power, whether it’s God, spirituality, nature, let it guide you to a set of morals and values reconnect with your family, family friends, make amends with those who you’ve hurt, forgive those who have hurt you journal, track your thoughts, writing things down clears your head and allows you to pinpoint your triggers stop doing things your ashamed of, replace them with things you’re proud of: read books, put the phone down, go outside try not to say anything negative, to others, about others, but especially to yourself take it one action at a time, one day at a time, be patient, let the momentum build even if you can’t feel it right now, you are loved and you can find the love in yourself and for yourself i’m in the process right now, if this is you, i feel you, stay strong, im praying for you, I hope God grants you the serenity to accept the things you cannot change, the courage to change the things you can, and the wisdom to know the difference
