@RegalMasqeurade Solar beam and solar blade become 1 turn instead of two. Growth becomes +2 +2 instead of +1+1, and synthesis get’s boosted effect. Not to mention if this works in Rain, Mega Meganium could COOK in a rain team.

@CastleBBX Sitting here thinking "as if" is implying that it's granting the Sunny Day effect without actually triggering the weather, does this then mean a sort of Dual Weather strat can be in effect? Though I'd also wish that Grass types would gain a greater benefit from the Sun

This is insane because imagine Meganium’s moves get the benefit of the sun but the fire-types hitting them don’t. This could be massive for Mega-Meganium.
