Update: the Solend USDC pool has hit 100% utilization, and our protocol was able to reduce its position to under 19% before withdrawals were restricted. That brings the value at risk to under the liquidity backstop amount, meaning all user funds are secured

Our USDC Vault has reached a liquidity risk limit and has started rebalancing out of the Solend main pool Its current position now sits at 31% and will continue to adjust as the expected risk changes This sacrifices some yield, but significantly reduces risk

We are actively monitoring the ongoing Solend situation As the large debt position moves closer to liquidation, our risk management engine will reduce Castle's exposure to Solend As always, our main goal is to reduce the risk of any principal losses
