@CastleFox We do not have a direct email address for customers to contact HMRC as it is not a secure form of communication. I would suggest either writing in to request a replacement cheque and have your record updated or calling the helpline on 0300 200 3300. Martin

@HMRCcustomers I’ve received a tax refund in my maiden name - despite being married for 8 years & having been paid in my married name since 2019. I’ve tried to create a personal account but can’t complete it - the system only recognises my NI no. with my maiden name & I’ve not got any ID.

Hi @MCRMetrolink the lift at DGT/CF isn’t working (again). I’m guessing you are already aware of this, due to the frequency of this occurrence. Perhaps putting a sign up might help those with restricted mobility to preemptively reroute to the other point of access.
