Weight training will be on Monday/Wednesday’s from 7-8PM in the weight room. Training begins tomorrow, 1/22. This is all voluntary. Spread the word!

For those of you considering braving the weather to support the Lady Knights soccer team (you definitely should), there is currently a 30 minute weather delay in the game before ours and still 35 minutes to play in that game.

Semistate vs Carmel will not start until around 5:45pm
