Leaders, today wasn't about you. Yesterday wasn't about you. Tomorrow won't be about you either. We need to take an "it's not about me" attitude into our every day leadership.

There are enough fault-finders in this world, we need more encouragers. Focus this week on encouraging others: Build others up one thought, one word, one conversation, and one action at a time.

Whether things are going well or not so well, there's much to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving!
