Nigel Farage had claimed this £5 million was for his safety.
This is easily proved: show us the financial records that prove that since you received this donation you have used sizeable amounts to improve your safety.
£5 million for security is as much as the Royals get. So again, show us the receipts.
Violence against any politician is to be abhorred. BUT if it turns Farage used this as an excuse to cover up wrong doing then it is cry wolf of the very worst kind. And as I state above, incredibly easy to prove me wrong. Publish receipts showing how much of that £5 million has been spent on security. Not that it excuses the fact once an MP he “forgot” that a major political donor to Reform gave him £5 million…

The Times: “The slowdown (in illegal immigration) began in October and now appears established. As of yesterday 6,416 small-boat migrants had reached Britain compared with 9,885 by April 30 last year, a drop of more than a third. The number of crossings is the lowest at this point at this stage of the year since 2023, when it was 5,745. This is despite significant numbers of “red days” when weather and sea conditions were good enough to attempt a crossing.” Could Farage and his colleagues not be commenting on that because it doesn’t suit their political agenda?
