Safe to say William’s return to nursery has been successful. And he was asleep by 7:30! Fingers crossed he doesn’t have me up again at 4am though 😬

Last day WFH with Will. Lots of mixed feelings for his return to nursery tomorrow. Wanted to say something really profound but truthfully it’s been hard and I am knackered. Hang in there if your kids are still at home. You’ve got this 💪🏼

@lucy_jpinder I’ve been up since 4:30. William’s booted me in the face and given me a nose bleed and now he refuses to stay in bed 👍🏼

2 working days: and I find myself working whilst sat on the bathroom floor because he insisted on having a bath in lieu of not being able to play in his paddling pool 🤦🏻‍♀️

3 working days: I have nothing interesting to say about today. William’s been with his Grandma and I’ve been working #businessasusual

4 working days: William enjoyed an adventure with his grandad

5 working days: The Ipad is broken. PANIC!!!

New countdown. 6 working days until Will goes back to nursery. I love him more than life but the past 90 days of working & being Mum have been hard. There’s been tears & tantrums & that’s just me! I’m exhausted & sick of feeling guilty. He’s bored, needs socialising & structure

Day 90: Lots of outdoor play and we made banana ice cream 🍦

Day 89: who ya guna call...? Someone with a towel because I’ve been soaked 😂

Day 87: living room is a tip, William’s dressed himself ready for xmas, GIN

Day 86: anybody else set their kids toys up after they’ve gone to bed to make them think they come alive like in Toy Story or am I just losing my marbles?

Day 85: made full use of my support bubble privlidges today. William enjoyed his trip out. Unfortunately when he got back he forgot he was a human and not a chimpanzee #stuntkid

@MartinaSlater22 Yeah. It got progressively worse with the small human which resides here. Shouldn’t have had last week off because it’s just set him back ☹️
