A neighbor decides he doesn’t like this young boy playing with the hose anymore. He comes over and tries to get him to stop, then knocks on the door and rings the bell to reach the parents. The boy says, “You can’t tell me what to do,” then sprays the guy. So who is in the wrong here? Is the boy out of control with the hose, and where are the parents? Should they be supervising him, or is this just a male Karen who should mind his own business?!!
