This season brought many challenges but also so many memories. I had an amazing meet at Roosevelt yesterday placing 3rd in my weight class with 2 new prs in deadlift and bench! 215 squat, 110 bench, 270 deadlift. A huge thank you to my coaches Uecker and Olivia, my teammates, and my family for always believing in me and pushing me to be my best self. See you next year WHS powerlifting! Allana Benoit- 2028 P/2B with Catalyst made her first appearance at a Showcase ID and showed her high level skills as a pitcher and a hitter. 63.1 mph fastball with 1567 spin. 62 on the curve with 1380 spin and 61.6 on the drop with 1560 spin.
