I’m not saying go crazy and cut everything, it’s about moderation. I went to R Taco this weekend but I focus on my food the rest of the week. But it’s cheaper and better for you... and it’s not about the number on the scale.

Everyone is anti capitalist... Until I tell them that our highly processed food, high carb (corn syrup), extremely calorie dense American diet is the product of capitalism and Reagan and Nixon... Then no one wants to hear what I have to say.
