Reception have been thinking about Mother Mary in the month of May. We are getting ready for our May Procession this week and we made a vase and flowers for our prayer area.

For #RE today, #Reception visited St Stephen’s Church and looked at all the items inside. They found a cross, an ambo, the altar, Bible, candles, pew, piano and pictures of Jesus.

In this Month of Mary, we honour her as the Mother of God, devoting ourselves in prayer and moving closer to Jesus. Flowers decorate our statue of Mary and the prayer stations around school. We are gathering in the Chapel during lunch to say the Rosary. Ave Maria.
