Just disembarked the ferry at Dover- provisional ETA back at school 9pm

And we are home! Un grand merci to our wonderful students. It was a pleasure to see you engage so positively with the language and culture and we received many compliments about our students throughout the trip. Hope you all have a restful Sunday and see you at school tomorrow!

Of course, no French trip would be complete without the opportunity to try some escargots! 🐌

Thank you @pjchocolates for an entertaining and informative workshop this morning. We learned a lot about how fine chocolate is made, then enjoyed decorating our own bars!

Yesterday evening we enjoyed a visit to the beautiful Christmas market at Arras.

An interesting and thought-provoking day in Ypres today, visiting the trenches and cemeteries from World War 1. Very proud of our students who listened attentively and respectfully to our guide throughout.

On est en France! We have arrived safely at the château after enjoying a wonderful day exploring Saint-Omer and the Lille Christmas market.
