a. Taxing a company in all the countries where it operates, and
b. Taxing a shareholder where he/she lives.

Quite a few responses to this saying he should pay tax here because he makes money here. Taxing the shareholder isn’t workable. I own shares in Tesla. It makes money in the US, France, Germany, China…. Should I really pay tax in the US, France, Germany and China?
