@RachelMTindall Enjoyed looking at this snd a great topic. It’s my view the model of mental health care deliver needs to dramatically change and my preferred mode is open dialogue. It offers responsiveness, is individual, inclusive and gives staff satisfaction to work as they hoped they could.

Walking today by the river Yarra,contemplating two words to encapsulate the most amazing nurses I have experienced, from palliative care nurse, midwives, to amazing mental health,learning disability nurses, leaders, managers.....what came was.....”compassionate robustness”
