(If you are a CFB/Madden modder please comment below.) ⭐️ Here’s an over-simplified rundown for those completely new to PC mods for CFB27: Step 0. You have a PC and you bought the game. 1. Go to the CFB Modding Discord. Link found on @CFBModding 2. Click on “install-download-guide-tutorials” channel. Open the pinned post “College Football Modding Installation Guide & Download” 3. Follow the instructions and install required tools (READ or watch a video) 🚨 — “Ok now what? Where are the mods?” 4. Click on the “official-mods” or “community-mods” channel. Find a mod to download “.fbmod” 5. In MMC Mod Manager, import the downloaded mods and then click to Apply them. 6. Launch the game on MMC Mod Manager with your applied mods 7. As the discord instructions say, if you run into issues, try using the “Delete ModData and Launch” button. … That’s it. No ability to play online when launching the game with these mods. If you want to play online, launch the base game like normal (outside of the Mod Manager).

Still celebrating this. This is exactly the compromise we asked for✅ Thank you to anybody at EA who advocated hard for this in any meetings with the NFL. @Equipment_Guru 🫡 Not 100% “above knee” but they look even closer to the CFB pants than I thought they would.

@CatholicPacman I agree with you most of the time bro, just not this time. I feel like they have gotten Dak Prescott’s body type wrong since he got more toned. But Vick? come on now. My Goat wasn’t skinny, but he wasn’t swole either.

“Vick wasn’t muscular” He certainly wasn’t “Lean” lol. If we’re talking EA Body Types, Vick is a Thin/Muscular hybrid imo. Standard makes his lower legs too skinny.

@CatholicPacman I provided several photos to prove my point for the version of Vick the OP used Pac. I said what I said, Vick wasn’t muscular. The retweeted photo you used proves my point. I can give you several more if you like. You have been on a campaign for “muscular” qbs for a min now.

Another great example of his Falcon days. The biggest thing imo about Vick’s signature look is his thicker calves.

@CatholicPacman I feel you. Thin body type is awkward above the waist imo. Like it's has scoliosis. I hate that body type with a passion. I'd use Standard as a second option, but again, I went Lean for the overall aesthetic and ratings for RTG.

@BlaqKobra @CatholicPacman The first image is from 2005..the next is 5 years later in 2010. Mike was never muscular…never like a Will Levis or Ant Richardson. Always has been lean/athletic.

@BlaqKobra This looks more Thin rather than the Lean. Huge calves. Lean is super skinny like Marcel and Nico

@CatholicPacman Personally I disagree. I think lean fits the overall aesthetic better. Also, this is my RTG player, and Muscular would have thrown his ratings off for me.

finally getting them to raise these saggy baseball pants might seem minuscule to you…. But it means everything to me. Doesn’t mean I’m buying, or that Madden gets my stamp of approval, but drip is a game of inches. Objectively, Madden will be VISUALLY better because of that inch lol. I want them to know that.

The “Player Authenticity” is there… but the customization and freedom for the console community to create and share it is locked away. For the record, this is not something Guru or Scott OG have control over, but maybe someone who can do something about it will take notice. Player Authenticity needs Customization #FutureCFB

No point in tagging Shady. He “doesn’t know who I am” (🤣) because he blocked me last year when I was pushing drip improvements. I said fixing the baseball pants is highly important for visual authenticity and a gamebreaking issue for many of us. He tried to clown and countersignal the movement even though much of the interest in Madden PC mods comes from of the “above knee” pants alone! — That said… if he’s down to patch things up, I’m ready. #EquipmentCommunityWon
