@TheSandK when I was a little girl my dad bought me a bicycle & it was one of those that I had to peddle backwards to brake...he wouldn’t buy me one with the brakes on the handle bars as he claimed they were dangerous!

@SarahSpenceRTC I find squatting by the side of the bed relieves it! Had this for many years. I find it’s also connected to my diet...depends what I’ve eaten for tea or drank...
