This was the drive down Homer Watson Blvd. in Kitchener around 11 this morning, during the tornado warning (and yes, I was in the passenger seat!). Scary to hear of a suspected tornado touching down only about 20 minutes away, in Ayr.

We shouldn’t need to have signs posted reminding us to be kind and respectful to the staff at hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops etc. What on earth has happened to us that we have to be reminded to simply be nice and patient to folks who are just trying to help us.
