Infrastructure supporting AI is slowly becoming an asset class in its own right. This is the new direction in which @RaxFinance is investigating for the future of AI infrastructure investments. In the coming decade, large sums of money will be invested in GPU clusters, data centers, power plants, and everything else that supports AI infrastructure. However, right now, the majority of the AI infrastructure landscape is valued based on projections rather than actual use. There are estimates and forecasts but no actual demand or any cash flow. This is the problem this approach seeks to solve. Rather than relying on projections to estimate the value of the infrastructure, its actual utilization comes into play. If there are GPUs utilized, if there is compute being leased, and if there are workloads being executed, then these activities are what create the yield. In order for this approach to work, the infrastructure itself must be measurable. The hardware must be identifiable, the ownership should be clear, and the actual utilization must be trackable. GPU hours, workload execution, power consumption all of these become actual indicators Once verification is possible, the business becomes simple. Customers pay for computing power, the payment is documented, and distribution takes place according to performance and ownership. This model, once matured, allows AI infrastructure to transition from being an investment theme to becoming a working money-making machine. It’s early days, and many details around the process remain undefined. However, the message is clear – the next generation of RWAs will not only tokenize assets; it will verify their performance in the real world. @CathyloveTL

刷到 @RaxFinance 的这篇推文，挺有启发。 过去两年RWA基本被美债tokenized霸榜，153亿占了市场近一半，BlackRock、Ondo这些大机构都在推，已经从实验变成基础设施了。 但第一代RWA本质还是把传统资产搬上链，收益稳却不够活，更多是机构工具。 所以下一波机会可能在生产性资产上，尤其是AI算力、GPU集群、数据中心和能源系统。 这些东西2026年要烧几千亿美金，资本缺真实收益，基础设施缺钱，正好对得上。 我更认同这方向。AI不是炒作，而是真正在改变生产力。 把这些能持续生钱的硬资产做成链上RWA，能实现全球资本轻松参与、实时分红和透明结算，远比多几个国债基金有想象空间。 当然挑战也不小：算力真实运行怎么验证？收益怎么防造假？需要oracle、硬件遥测和零知识证明等技术支持。RAX正在朝这个方向做，我觉得挺有前瞻性。 从投资角度，我会更偏向AI基础设施RWA。 国债代币化稳，但上限清楚。AI infra风险高，但跑通后能带来真正的流动性升级，让普通人也能参与AI经济的真实产出。 所以如果选边，我站AI infra RWA。 RWA不能只搬旧资产，得开始创造新资产了。
