wXw sources said they would have preferred for WWE to give them a heads up about Leon Slater being on Saturday Night’s Main Event rather than putting Slater in an unfortunate situation, as the promotion viewed this coming weekend as one of their biggest shows of the year. TNA sources spoke positively of the spot for Slater and said it was another example of the WWE/TNA partnership continuing. - @FightfulSelect

The hold up with Andrade right now is reportedly due to new TKO contracts that have a clause where if you are fired for cause or breach, then there is a 1 year non-compete. The older contracts were said to have this but now it's standard. (via @bryanalvarez / @WONF4W)

What do they all have in common?

“They (WWE) really want TNA to become the other promotion because they can control TNA. And it's a—this is a major full court press, —They just want this guy (Tony Khan) out of the box. And they know that if, if the numbers stay good, that he's going to get a renewal at a much bigger number, just like they did, and a number that will make him increase. It's already very profitable. The number will make him incredibly profitable, and they'll never get away with him, you know, away from him or anything like that. So they feel that they need to make sure this is the last contract.” - Dave Meltzer (WOR)
