@Se_Railway when are you going to stop people openly smoking on platforms?? Once again 2 guys smoking at Paddock Wood Plat 3 and no staff to report it to. This happens all the time! ,#antisocial #smoking

@marksandspencer why has my order been cancelled as items unavailable. When I look online they are available???? Hmmm don't get my discount if I order them now.

@santanderukhelp I've tried to type in Santandet it still comes up saying that the site isn't private. I have used browsers i dont use normally Not willing to risk my money. I can see a lot of other people reporting the same issue. Don't have time now to spend an hour on the phone.

@santanderukhelp I have tried chrome edge and now Firefox. Everytime ( and I'm not using bookmarks) that i try and go onto your main website I get the warning message. Have you been hacked?

@Se_Railway Well no one at the station knew. There were around 8 or 9 people waiting for the bus and the staff had no information. Signs would be helpful!

@Se_Railway No info on app or at station. The bus supervisor didn't know where the bus was or be able to contact the driver.

@CatpawsLouis Hi Louis. Where are you waiting for the bus? because of a half marathon buses are departing from Hop Pocket Lane, by the station car park instead of the station forecourt ^DR

@Se_Railway Total mess. No one knew where the buses were and what was happening. The bus 'supervisor' was useless. No signs No information. Missed my appointment. Ticket office staff had no info snd couldn't care less.

@TonLinCommuters @CatpawsLouis @Se_Railway We advise reporting all anti social behaviour to BTP so we have a complete record. We will also task our own team and railway enforcement officers to deal with the situation.

@Se_Railway once again people openly smoking on platform 2 at Paddock Wood. Getting tired of this antisocial behaviour. They are obviously never challenged or fined.

@Se_Railway My point is that is happening regularly and there seems to be no action taken. Even at Tonbridge there will be 2 or 3 staff at the closed gates but no one on the platform. You regularly get people smoking and raping.

@Se_Railway Paddock Wood just now Plstform 2. It happens all the time now and at Tonbridge. Often vaping but this was a real cigarette
