Cats Eating Cornflakes

It's been a long time since I've used this website. Whilst I haven't deleted this profile, I just don't use it anymore. I'm still making music, with videos releasing on YouTube, and the songs releasing on streaming services / Bandcamp as usual.

Thanks to everyone who's listened from the beginning, and to those just discovering this weird little noisy corner of the universe.

Maybe this older material may return in some other form, possibly reworked or reimagined. For now, I'm choosing to focus the catalog on the direction this project has grown into: dark, ambient, noisy soundscapes.

Although I no longer actively use Twitter, I'm sharing this on here anyway. Over the next few days, I’ll be removing some of my earliest Cats Eating Cornflakes releases.

I tend to update when I release music on Threads, plus I update the official website catseatingcornflakes.com when I release new music. New releases get added to the discography page.

@rhyswilly And thank you - I actually genuinely feel like this newer stuff is leaps and bounds better than what I've made before. The older stuff was me trying to make stuff but not quite being technically good enough for it nor creative enough.

It's safe to say, I'm fully embracing dark ambient noise. I'll continue to experiment and see where it leads me.
