Remember, all those that boom on like a big bass drum at the referees, you might be the biggest and loudest in the orchestra, but you also have the most empty space (generally between your ears!)

Shocking behaviour from players, coaches and parents to boo the 26 referees at the presentation, who are mostly juniors and some of them who are just starting out. These Officials have given up their weekend to officiate at the @RhinosChallenge and deserve #RESPECT
