Sun, rain, wind, choppy water, and more rain this morning.. it seems our good luck with nice winter training weather has finally run out! All 6 crews back safely though - now time to stand under a warm shower for 20 mins or so to get warm again..

A bit of a filthy old morning in Plymouth Sound, but still 5 crews of super-keen (and slightly soggy) rowers out. We pretty much had the Sound to ourselves - apart from the RNLI, police boat & police helicopter!
