@dylanwiliam Yes. Agreed it’s good also for processing rough notes. From meetings, discussions and even lesson obs. Will sort notes into strengths, development points actions etc. whatever you want. Saves a lot of time and stress.

@santanderukhelp before, I had a bank (not you) who denied all knowledge. after months of investigation it was proved that they had rejected the payment. so I know these things can happen but you won't even investigate. such arrogance !

@CautiousMan99 I see, David. In this case, we'd not actually be able to trace the funds at our side. The sending bank would need to get in touch with us with a SWIFT message in order to locate the funds. ^TC

@santanderukbiz For many months I've transferred money via Direct Remit to my Santander acct successfully. Taking one hour from sending to receipt. This month the money has not arrived and you deny knowledge of such a rapid system. Where is my money ? #santander #wheresmymoney

the sending bank immediately asked for all the details so they can investigate where it went wrong. They didn't blame you....what can I say?

@CautiousMan99 Apologies David, I was following our required checks as this process can sometimes take a while to do and would only be advised after all the relevant checks are completed. ^WB

@CautiousMan99 If you contact the sending bank they will be able to provide a tracking number, we can check this with our system to see if the payment is there. ^WB

@CautiousMan99 If money is missing then it would never have arrived with the receiving bank. In this case the sending bank would be required to investigate this. ^WB

@santanderukhelp So without investigating at all you are telling me that it 100% never reached your system? You're saying it's certain that there's no mistake at your end? !00%? It's the other bank. Because when this happened with Co-op it had entered their system and they sent it back by mistake

@santanderukhelp yes of course I have done that as well. Due to my experience which is that when two banks are involved, the one always puts the blame on the other. one bank says its left. the other says it hasn't arrived. Both deny responsibility. while I lose out

@santanderukhelp no but that is not relevant to my query. the transfer has worked very well in previous months and the money left my account as normal with the same instructions this month.

@CautiousMan99 Hi David, faster payments can certainly arrive at the account within 2 hours but on occasion can take up to the end of the next working day. ^WB

@santanderukhelp it has been three days. I am bemused that the person who replied to me in customer services sent me a load of patronising rubbish about it being impossible and that it can take up to five days. clearly they have not had sufficient training in your systems. So where is my money ?
