@misslauralou Had one 2 years ago. They couldn't find a vein so they put a tourniquet around my arm. Once they found one they administered the anaethetic, and my arm began to burn and feel really painful. I said it was hurting, and then they then realised they hadn't released the tourniquet.

Fair play for taking responsibility. I still think with you on softs George could’ve thought it through a bit more. He was totally racing you and compromising you, when really he should’ve let you get past Max to hold him up. George needs to think ahead. And the team needs to start managing these situations.

I’ve watched the replay and it was 100% my fault and I take full responsibility. Apologies to my team and to George.

Every day is a school day. This morning, in Clapham, the crew had an enthusiastic lecture on how Bill Gates is using nanotechnology in chemicals sprayed from airplanes to control the weather.

@YesMissMurphy I feel your pain, my black lab infiltrated a very twee picnic when he was a puppy. Took me ages to get to him, only to find him nosedeep in a pot of coleslaw. Didn't make many friends that day.

@Mike_kim714 Thanks Michael, this is something I’ve never actually really considered. But when I think back, I’ve badly pulled the last few shots I’ve hit when I’ve been let through and there are quite a few people watching. Not a problem I usually have with my game.

Everyone’s swing changes during competition. I started improving a ton when I figured out exactly what my tendencies were in my swing when I have nerves and the correct adjustments for them. For ex. In nervous situations, my initial takeaway in my backswing gets quicker, and I don’t get to my right side as well. So generally, my swing thoughts on the course revolves around adjustments for those. Take the first few ft back smoother and get a full weight transfer.

Just finished 'Kill For Me, Kill For You' by @SteveCavanagh_. I think this may be the best book of this genre I have ever read. 5 hours my eyes did not leave the words on the pages. Each twist more shocking than the last, this is a masterclass in suspense writing. Outstanding 😍
