@sammcinnerny The level of sediment (which is essentially just small particles of apple) naturally varies from season to season and within each season. So this does look normal. Usually the sediment can be dispersed by a gentle shake 1/2

@RuadhMairi @Melinda62909033 Our neighbors grew rhubarb and would give us lots of it. My mom made great rhubarb pies and would make a sauce out of it that had the texture of applesauce but had rhubarb's unique tart quality. I always figured it was celery from Mars. 😀
