For every trade you hold the impulse move on options and hit big, there will probably be 3 times that you should have sold the impulse move and lose. It’s such a mental game but those stats are pretty much my experience with them.

One of the biggest issues when you have a big win: Immediately looking for that dopamine rush the next day or next trade. Generally, after a big win, your emotions are playing a bigger role than usual. Let things play out and stop itching for an immediate next fix!
