Lilah Pettey is a senior at the Thomas MacLaren School and is an academic rock star. She wants to attend the Colorado School of Mines and major in mechanical engineering. I photographed her downtown and found this cool spot in the alley behind my office.

Fun fact: In Colorado you can marry yourself, no need for an officiant. That's what Jamie and Jacob did Sunday. They married themselves with help from a small group of friends and family at the Rize Mountain Retreat on the slopes of Pikes Peak Sunday.
