@virginmedia I went through the troubleshooting process again just now, they said the router needs to be replaced and they're sending out a new one. Previously when I used this it said it was something in the area, so I have no clue. Hopefully the new router fixes the problem though. Thanks.

Having a lot of issues with the internet over the past few weeks. Keep checking for problems in the area and virgin has said it's been investigating them for nearly 2 weeks now??? I need a stable internet connection for work and my partner needs it to livestream @virginmedia
