Have you people thought about what made This new owners buy Chelsea and what the rule of UK government told them to do and what not to do ,No one has thought about that , maybe they're told to build Chelsea to be like Southampton or maybe ipswich. What's your thoughts?

We proved this Project is capable of something serious last season by winning two trophies, becoming World Champions. Other Clubs are signing young and also proving this approach is a good one, with PSG being the big piece of evidence.
The people running this Football Club stagnated our development in the summer.
Yes, there’s a caveat this season and a lot of context that’s being ignored. We’ve played the most matches in Europe since the start of last season, had a two week preseason, serious injuries, etc.
However, you can’t blame supporters for the way they feel right now. Chelsea Football Club isn’t supposed to lose in this manner.
