Worst part of this is you don’t even know if it’s working. There’s no queue number. Just constant dots and then it freezes.

It’s been 90 minutes trying to get through to the #access line at @wembleystadium, @SignVideo not picking up calls, just keep getting connecting to an interpreter message and losing connection. Have any #deaf managed to get Oasis tickets?
