Payton Pritchard went off vs. Atlanta 🔥 36 PTS, 7 REB and 6 threes off the bench, becoming the first Celtic since 1970–71 with multiple 35-point games off the bench 💪

@ElJefeTwoloom @BadSportsRefs If you actually watched the game Duke spent all night driving to the basket while the johnnys launched from 3 all night. Not really a shock

@PatLovesSports @JonPonder @KirkHerbstreit I think we agree on a lot. Bob knights behavior wasn’t acceptable on many occasions lol. But it was a different time back then. Patting kids on the back and saying “it’s ok everything will be ok do better next time” rarely works. As someone that’s a coach.

@Ccarr26 @JonPonder @KirkHerbstreit lets go back to Bob Knight, when the choking incident first surfaced, NO ONE held him accountable. you can’t say tough coaching breeds accountability if the coaches don’t have to be accountable when they go over the line. obviously that was 26+ yrs ago but old habits die hard

@PatLovesSports @JonPonder @KirkHerbstreit No one said it was the only way. But it’s a way for sure. The best coach I ever had treated us like sons&didn’t let us get away with shortcuts or sliding by&would get in your face about it.can bet 80-90% of the “others”you’re referencing had similar mentors (parents, teachers, etc)

@Ccarr26 @JonPonder @KirkHerbstreit You didn’t answer my question, so I will ask you again. If the only way to learn accountability and toughness is by getting yelled at by a coach, why are people who never played sports successful in life? this is millions of people that don’t play sports and still find a way

@PatLovesSports @JonPonder @KirkHerbstreit Oh Jesus you’re one of them. Lol. “Room temp IQ” 😂😂😂😂thanks for the laugh. Glad you found the .5% of coaches over the last 50 years who went over the top. Like that’s not super low IQ 🤣

@Ccarr26 @JonPonder @KirkHerbstreit room temp iq thinking here what about everyone who is successful that never played a sport? are all of them just exceptions to this rule? I bet you miss the days of Bob Knight when coaches could assault their players and the players would get blamed for it

@PatLovesSports @JonPonder @KirkHerbstreit It’s called accountability& being able to deal with adversity. As someone who was a high level college athlete who now works w kids they have ZERO ability to handle any situation that involves difficulty or any criticism at all. Ppl like you breed that&they will struggle in life

@Ccarr26 @JonPonder @KirkHerbstreit off the top of my mind, the toughest things someone can deal with in life would be death of loved ones or terminal illnesses. maybe false incarceration or something. I don’t see how getting screamed at during a basketball makes dealing with any of those easier

Arguing Lamar Jackson isn’t good at escaping sacks is a new level of “I don’t watch the games.”
Scott@Scottiesports4

@ColtonSports @Ryan_24O @AndrewS80924790 At least those numbers were correct. Your claims? Not so much. Lamar has a below average pressure to sack ratio for his career. Another L for you.

@Slick410H @312BallUpTop @ColtonSports No such thing as “cooking” someone that tells the truth. No matter how hard you all jerk him off he stinks when it matters and won’t play through a bruise for his teammates. All set w that!
