@___MissMoore I know it’s so frustrating especially when people around you say there is a teacher shortage why can’t you find a job

It’s been one year since I qualified and still jobless 😳 I’ve applied for about 30 jobs and still can’t even get an interview.. is there something I’m doing wrong? I’m seeing all these people around me getting jobs and just don’t know where I’m going wrong ☹️
