Firstly, the images are all AI. Secondly, only one woman, Bita Hemmati, has been sentenced to death but no date of execution has been announced. (Any execution is bad enough.) Thirdly, no one was expecting eight women to be executed tonight. As to the release of the four and the one-month sentences of the others, Trump either has a direct line to the Iranian judiciary or has very vivid dreams. What's surprising is he didn't say Qalibaf called him to kiss his ass. (Yes, and he is clearly looking to set up an exit from the war.)

Trump seems to be inventing fake concessions given to him by the Iranians to make it appear that he is building leverage and goodwill for the negotiations that he is still trying to engineer. Whatever the outcome this is very low IQ and mentally-ill behavior which should be considered intolerable for the leader of what is considered to be the most important country in the world:

Curious: seems like VOA Persian is newly relevant again, especially the Meedan program. Over the past couple weeks all the clips and debates on my Twitter feed are from VOA, not Iran International or even BBC Persian. Filter bubble or has VOA found a new lane for itself?

Ok I found the relevant provision. The conduct has to be a cyber attack, which is a stretch here. And the act makes clear that the exemption "is inapplicable to price-fixing, allocating a market between competitors, monopolizing or attempting to monopolize a market, boycotting, or exchanges of price or cost information, customer lists, or information regarding future competitive planning."
